Job Responsibilities:
Oversee AP e-invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of e-invoicing to LHDN.
Resolve overseas vendor invoice issues promptly and efficiently.
Address and troubleshoot system configuration problems to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and enhance AP subject matter expertise within the Asia Product Division.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance / Accountancy or relevant studies.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in SAP.
Strong knowledge of AP processes and e-invoicing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge in finance control processes and accounting.
Drive for continuous improvement.
Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry is preferred.
