About the Program: This three-year journey is designed to fast-track your career, with three dynamic rotations across various business functions: Supply Chain, Digital and Technology, Commerce, Finance and People. You'll start in your home country and gain hands-on experience, both locally and globally, that will prepare you for a leadership role in our company.

-Education: A Bachelor's or master's degree in any field which is related to the role


-Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That's a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.


-Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.


-Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.


-Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can't happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
