We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global PR Manager to lead and implement global public relations strategies that promote and protect our brand reputation. The Global PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PR plans that build positive awareness across multiple international markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, and managing relationships with media outlets and influencers globally.
• Develop and implement comprehensive global public relations strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the company's reputation in key markets.
• Craft compelling narratives that reinforce the brand's identity and communicate key messages to diverse international audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key international media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively secure press coverage in target markets through press releases, media pitches, and other PR tactics.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring that the company is prepared to respond quickly and effectively to potential issues.
• Develop crisis management plans and provide leadership in high-pressure situations to mitigate reputational damage.
• Write and edit press releases, articles, speeches, blog posts, and other communications materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company's tone, voice, and global branding guidelines.
• Lead the execution of global PR campaigns, coordinating across teams and regions to ensure consistent messaging and timing.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Analyze media coverage, monitor global PR trends, and provide insights to improve future strategies.
• Manage global PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media briefings.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the successful execution of events across multiple markets.
• Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and regional PR teams to ensure alignment on messaging and PR strategy.
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure they are well-prepared for public appearances and media interviews.
• Act as a global spokesperson for the company, ensuring consistency in all communication efforts.
• Train and support other company spokespeople for media interviews and public appearances.
• Manage relationships with international PR agencies and ensure they deliver on agreed objectives.
• Oversee external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality execution of PR deliverables.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.• Experience: 7+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on global PR strategies. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns in multiple international markets. • Experience managing crisis communications and media relations on a global scale.Skills • Strong understanding of international media landscapes and cultural nuances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience managing PR agencies and external vendors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency with media monitoring and PR analytics tools.
