Global Telco Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) - Immediate Hiring

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
Required language(s):English, Mandarin will be an advantage (spoken) .
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply– Paid training will be provided.
Willing to work in rotation shifts and weekends.
Willing to work at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
You will play an important role in:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
