Job Purpose Responsible to provide business support to Government Business team in promoting and selling of company products to Government Hospital, District Healthcare to achieve further growth sales through 'intelligent' quotation in their assigned territory – Perak, Selangor, and Northern Pahang for both DMSB and DMfgB Company) as well as order management and other related process.Responsible on all post-awarded contract related process which includes ensuring all awarded contract documents completed with relevant signatories, Bank Guarantee (BG), stamping and final binding copy of contract awarded under DMSB and DMfgB.To manage all Sponsorship & CME request from customer / Sales Team.To compile all Penalty inquiry and letter and responsible in processing the penalty claim, and analysis on penalty impact under Government BusinessResponsible to updates reports for GB Dept – Award Tender Document Tracking Report, Budget Report, Sponsorship, CME & Penalty.Responsible to assist compiling documents for audit use – Internal Audit & Sirim ISO 37001 and to ensure all department audit requirement meet the expectationResponsible to assist Change Control through EQMS System when neededResponsible to assist in all administration and other business support roles in the Government Business DepartmentKey Accountabilities To manage all quotations, Lampiran Q and Tender Submission through DMSB, DMfgB and Bumi Agents as well as order management and other related process under assigned territory – Perak, Selangor, and Northern Pahang.To ensure all awarded contract documents completed with relevant signatories, Bank Guarantee (BG), stamping and final binding copy of contract awarded under DMSB and DMfgB according to the specified time.To assist in all the Sponsorship/CME request, get approval from Asst. Manager, Sales and to ensure to update report analysis on these Sponsorship/CME on monthly basis.To compile all penalty documents, get approval to proceed for penalty payment and do the analysis on penalty impact under Government Business.To assist in updating all report for GB Dept – Budget Report, Sponsorship, CME & Penalty.To assist in all tender submission preparation includes preparing & compiling supporting documents according to tender requirement and request samples for tender submissionTo assist in all enquiries, products complaint, penalty, stocks transfer or delivery problem through liaison with various internal department.To assist in all administration function to maximize efficiency & effectiveness on daily job operation of government business department. This included of filing all important/confidential documents under DMSB and DMFGB.To assist in all enquiries on successful SST or Tender document through liaison with various external or internal department.To assist in maintaining database/compiling on market intelligent, updates product info and pricing GB customer list and address to ensure all info have the latest updates.To assist in monitoring account receivables under GB Bumi Agent list on payment/collection as well as direct account and liaise Finance Department to ensure GB DSO is on track.Job Requirement A recognized degree or tertiary education with professional business, marketing/sales, science, or medical science qualification Good to have 1 year of experience or good track records in a similar position in the pharmaceutical/health care industry. Fresh graduates with passion for government business support role are welcome to apply.Computer literate – (Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point) Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant disposition and able to interact with other department and customersOrganized with systematic working style.Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
