Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Student Pass application and guardian's MM2H application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up with the relevant government authorities.
Keep abreast with the latest Government requirements and compliance.
Communicate with parents on their visa application process, timeline and all documents related to their application.
Update parents on the status of their application.
Maintain proper filing of documents and ensure the documents are securely stored.
Licenses:
Manage all license applications and renewals for the School with the related Government bodies such as MBPJ, JPJ, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Education.
Maintain a registry of licenses and monitor the renewal of these licenses.
Manage the submission of the School's licensing renewal applications.
Administration:
Manage MOE records and/or reports as needed.
Assist in the submission of documents to the Immigration Department.
General:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government officials.
Assist with day-to-day operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing visa applications in Malaysia.
Computer literate with good interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
