Service Delivery Management Associate (Private Capital Market, Managed Data Services)
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Service Delivery Management Associate to join our Private Capital GP Managed Data Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing financial data across our client base, ensuring seamless integration onto the S&P Global proprietary software platform, i.e. iLevel, Qval. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial data management in the private capital market, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
What you'll work on:
Consulting with venture capital/private equity clients to match our portfolio monitoring and financial reporting offerings to their needs.
Work with financial statements of venture capital portfolio companies, using our proprietary tool to standardize and upload data.
Analyze financial and legal documents of portfolio companies, extracting economic rights and share amounts from documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Cap Tables, and Share Purchase Agreements.
Coordinate and manage GP client onboarding, including entity setup, reporting requirements discussions, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. Strong focus to be placed on consulting with clients to make our service offering as sticky as possible.
Support assigned projects and other client projects on an "as needed" basis with allocated resources.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to streamline operations and improve client experience.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in data management or client service.
Solid understanding of financial statements, reporting, and analysis. Familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
Familiarity with portfolio monitoring in Private Capital Market (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Credit, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; experience of using iLEVEL or other portfolio monitoring software is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong conceptual understanding of the SaaS business model is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to work independently in an efficient and accountable manner.
Experience collaborating effectively in a team setting, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
