Under the direction of the General Manager
Perform general office duties upon request
Keep accurate files
Work confidentially
Make calls for past due accounts (Credit Card/ Mortgage Loan/ Car Loan) users
Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience
Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
Requirements And Skills:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Basic communication skills in English and good proficiency in Bahasa
Good discipline and teamwork, fast learner, and energetic
