Graphic Designer cum Admin (Part time / Full Time)Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics that effectively communicate our insurance services.
Create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, client testimonials, and educational resources.
Capture high-quality photos for promotional materials, social media, and company events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand identity.
Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
Manage and organize office documents, files, and reports.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client communications.
Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, handling inquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
