Graphic Designer For Social Media

Design compelling social media graphics, banners, videos, infographics, and other visual content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, and more.
Ensure designs align with the brand's identity and marketing strategies.
Campaign Support :
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns that promote property launches, open houses, and project milestones.
Assist in planning and designing content calendars for social media posts.
Property-Focused Design :
Highlight unique selling points of property projects, such as layouts, amenities, and locations, through visuals.
Create 3D mockups, floor plan renderings, or presentation materials as needed.
Trend Monitoring :
Stay updated on social media design trends and incorporate them into content to maintain audience engagement.
Adapt content for platform-specific requirements (e.g., carousel posts, stories, reels, and ads).
Photo & Video Editing :
Edit property images and videos for promotional use, enhancing visual appeal while staying realistic and accurate.
Develop walkthrough videos, short promotional clips, and animations when required.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to understand the needs and objectives for each property campaign.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers) for specialized tasks.
Brand Consistency :
Ensure all content adheres to the company's branding guidelines.
Maintain consistency in tone, color scheme, and typography across all media.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of Canva and other online design tools is a plus.
Creative Skills :
Strong visual storytelling abilities to showcase properties effectively.
Innovative and adaptable to evolving design trends.
Industry Knowledge :
Familiarity with the real estate and property development industry.
Ability to highlight features that attract potential buyers and investors.
Organizational Skills :
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental teamwork.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in property development or real estate.
