Responsibilities:
-Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains brand consistency across all marketing collaterals, platforms and media.
-Assist to generate leads by optimizing the website, rendering our onsite marketing campaign visuals.
-Work closely with Marketing on improving the quality of the visual artworks throughout the channels from marketing online campaign concept strategy as well as concept ideas for offline prints and advertising.
-Collaborate closely with Marketing and the Company to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet Company's needs and project goals.
-Stay updated and research on current market trends.
-Work on the conception and design for large-scale integrated campaigns from start to finish, with minimal supervision.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

-Expert knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video editing.
-Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage.
-High conceptual ability, partnered with strong design chops.
-Ability to pay attention to detail and be organised.
-Experience working across all media and technologies, specifically web and offline designing, social media communication ads, display advertising, email blast and motion interactive visuals.
-Develop and design compelling graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital and print media.
-Ability to plan, create and manage social media contents for all digital channels. Ability to manage social media accounts would be an added advantage.
-Good understanding on how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics.
-Ability to convert complex information into comprehensible solutions / visuals.
-A strong desire to learn new programs and technologies.
-Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
-Good to have: 2 to 3 years of digital design experience.
