We are looking for someone who has a passion for PSC culture and brand and is interpersonally savvy with a strong business acumen and have the ability to creatively solve problem. Our ideal Operations Crew must be able to promote the culture of welcoming and motivating our members. A passionate hands-on approach to managing the operation with a "get-it-done" attitude is expected.
What you'll be doing!
Day-To-Day Court Management and On-Ground Operation
-Assist with any social events and private events happening at the court and outside the court.
-Assist with the management of courts and operational matters in PSC with priority and good sense of judgement.
-Build and foster relationships in the courts with the coaches and the community.
-Maintain PSC's courts quality of aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
-Courts cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment.
Customer Service Management
-Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to members, greeting and assisting members with reservation and lessons related matters, and responding to customers' inquiries and feedback, whilst also providing support to the coaches to ensure a smooth and pleasant lesson experience.
-Resolve issues and members' complaints pertaining to lessons and user experience in a positive and timely manner. And most importantly able to confidently manage conflict in high pressure situations.
-Demonstrate a solution oriented mindset and ability to execute within PSC standards in any situation.
Community Building
-Build and foster positive and respectful relationships in the club with coaches and the community, to inspire event participation and increase community engagement.
-Assist with any private / special events and campaigns happening at the club and outside the club.
-Assist in the creation, development and execution of social programmes, campaigns and initiatives for community outreach and engagement, including raising awareness about PSC and strengthening PSC community that align with PSC mission and vision, to represent a company favorably, and make positive contributions to the community.
