Ground Support Assistant - Customer Experience Management (Customer Service)
Job DescriptionPOSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To provide excellent customer service to passengers and stakeholders.
Providing efficient customer service as well as art and performances to airport users around and outside traditional information counter services.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Queue Management - To assist in queue management to minimise congestion within CEM responsibilities.
Crowd Management - To support CEM in passenger-related issues and crowd control within CEM responsibilities.
Elevator Attendant/Concierge - To assist customers with operating the lift, whilst attending to passengers' enquiries on way findings and airport facilities.
BE - To assist "passengers with special needs" in Butterfly Effect (BE) related activities.
Providing Information - Attend to passengers' enquiries on way findings, airport facilities, and other passenger issues.
RTB/RTC - Handle Return to Bay (RTB) and Return to Choke (RTC) cases and/or assist CEM in incidents, accidents, emergency situations, and fallback procedures.
To perform other duties assigned and instructed by Superiors.
Able to work effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
SkillsPossess excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English and BM.
Proficient in arts and performances deliverables; playing musical instruments, singing, and traditional and modern dances is an added advantage.
Passionate about the customer service industry as well as arts and performances.
Patient, pleasant, friendly, charming, and warm.
Exudes a happy and joyful disposition.
Well-groomed and attractive.
Able to sing and play any kind of songs or musical instruments.
Able to use DAW (digital audio workstation), write/read music sheet/lead sheet/drum sheet/block, sound engineering, and video editing.
Luthier for musical instruments.
Proficient in traditional and modern dances, techniques, etc.
Proficient in hairdressing, makeup, sewing, and fashion design skills.
EducationInternal
SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics.
External
SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics.
Additional RequirementBMI not more than 25 (Min height: Male - 170cm, Female - 157cm).
Relevant IndustriesCertificate with relevant working experience in related field.
At least 1 year related to Airports Operations.
Performance Rating Requirements
Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years:
At least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B.
Minimum Meet Expectations / C.
The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counseling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.
