Being an investment arm of KPDRM, KOP Mantap Berhad focuses on investment, consulting, and project implementation for revenue growth of KPDRM and strengthening the corporate image and human capital of the organization.

Job Description
Develop and implement the group's long-term strategy.
This includes setting overall goals and objectives, identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, and making decisions about resource allocation.
Provide inspired leadership company-wide by developing an overall company vision and future master plan.
Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, including the executor and timeline of a business plan.
Manage the group's portfolio of businesses, overseeing the performance of each subsidiary's business unit.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, suppliers, government officials, and the media.
Provide and enhance business intelligence through the establishment and development of a network with potential and existing customers or key accounts.
Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal and company-specific regulations.
Requirements
Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of working experience with at least 10 years' experience at senior management level or in a relevant role.
Minimum 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience.
Experience in investment/trading would be an advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
