In this position you will.... be a member of Group Legal within bolttech's Office of the General Counsel, providing legal advice and support on a wide range of group initiatives.
You will be responsible for… Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, services agreements, software licensing agreements, consultancy agreements and other general commercial agreements.
Collaborating with external counsels and other stakeholders around the world to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.
Assisting with the development and enhancement of our compliance programs.
Identifying potential legal issues and pitfalls and devising creative solutions for the business to effectively mitigate these risks.
Developing and continuously identifying areas of improvements in our internal policies, case and knowledge management, trainings, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Assisting with training on compliance and regulatory topics for stakeholders.

You will require the following qualifications and skills Qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
International experience / working for multinational corporation highly desirable.
