With over 90 million passengers last year, expected to grow significantly coming years, the things you build will be in the hands of millions of monthly users.Position Location : Kuala Lumpur**Job Description**:- 3-5 Yrs experience in Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM")- The Group ERM Manager is a self-starter that can communicate and liaise with various Heads and Managers of Department/Divisions, both locally and regionally on ERM matters- He/She will be accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining the ERM framework and supporting policies and procedures for the AirAsia group of companies ("Group")- He/She will assist the Head of ERM in developing and implementing a strategic and annual ERM plan for the GroupKey Responsibilities:- Facilitate the identification, assessment and compilation of risks for reporting by all business units across the Group (including conducting risk assessment workshops)- Ensure that risk registers are developed for business units and the organisation in line with the ERM framework and best practice principles- Facilitate the development of appropriate risk response strategies and monitor action plans- Manage the coordination of ERM with assurance functions (e.g., internal and external auditors)- Prepare reports and presentations on ERM matters to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Board Risk Management Committee and Senior Management)- Coordinate the activities of the Board and Management level risk management committees and perform the Secretariat function- Develop learning materials and conduct ERM awareness workshops- Promote and make ERM part of the Group's culture by participating in working groups, staff meetings and one-on-one meetings- Develop and maintain ERM enhancements and infrastructure (e.g., KRIs, dashboard reporting, software)- Attend ERM courses and conferences as part of continuing professional development**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
