A Hunter mindset - the role would require you to be resourceful when coming up with your territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities, and generating enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers. Demonstrate our product via video conferencing or on-site visit. Involvement in our South-East Asia Market Expansion. Stay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and eCommerce. Requirements: A degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales. Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks. High level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues, and pain points through effective questioning and listening. Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting. Business-level fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, or Chinese Mandarin is required for this role to liaise with the stakeholders effectively. CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred. Strong customer references. Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
