-4+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce / direct response paid ads-Fluent in Meta and Google ad platforms, with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok ads a plus -Analytical, thorough, detail-oriented, and data-driven -Possesses a strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business fundamentals -Able to work well and collaborate with others -A self-starter with a strong testing mindset, always keeping up with the latest strategies and tactics in digital marketing -Demonstrated experience managing high performing teams well -Independent and able to learn autonomously in a rapidly changing environment -Thrives in a high growth and dynamic environment, and enjoys the hustle
