Gtm For Retail

Job Description
1. Develop a comprehensive retail plan for new product launches, develop strategies around key objectives, including but not limited to new product promotions, materials, prototypes, etc
2. Responsible for coordinating the retail side of new product launches, collaborating with marketing and GTM to ensure accurate implementation of strategies
3. Manage retail expenses for new product launches and propose optimizations
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above,  with 5 years or more of work experience;
2. Work experience in the mobile phone, 3C digital industry, or well-known brand retail management is preferred;
3. Strong marketing planning, market analysis, coordination, and communication skills;
4. Process driven strategy implementation, strong systematic and structured thinking ability;
4. Have good skills in using office software (PPT, EXCEL) and data analysis.
