Job Description • To provide friendly and efficient service to guests and visitors and the resort • Assist with the guest reservations on accommodation, entertainment and transportation arrangements   Job Requirements • Minimum SPM qualification with 1-2 years experience in customer-oriented environment • Diploma holders in Hotel Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines are encouraged to apply • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin or other Chinese dialects • Minimum height: Female 155cm/ Male 162cm • Pleasant appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills   Be part of an exciting history-in-the-making, help shape the future with us.
