Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)
About the roleAs a Guest Services Officer at ROYALE CHULAN SEREMBAN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in our hotel located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
Checking guests in and out efficiently and handling all reception desk duties
Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide recommendations and information to guests
Assisting with luggage handling and providing concierge services as required
Ensuring the front desk area is well-presented and organised at all times
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a guest services or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
