Haulage Assistant

Being Assistant to the Haulage Planner for ensuring the smooth flow of Haulage Operation.**Responsibilities**:_- The main scopes of works are doing administrative & paper works such as data input and documents preparation.- Occasionally making & planning Schedule for arranging drivers to pick-up/returning ISO Containers from Ports/Depots.- Need to communicate & deal with different parties such as customers, drivers, ports, depots and etc. to ensure the smoothness of the work flows.- Executing any extra Ad Hoc duty assigned by the superior.**Requirements**:- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Business Management / Retail or any related field.- Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experiences in Haulage & Transportation industry will be given priority.- Familiar and good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and etc).- Good at communication skills (Malay & English).- Extrovert who is willing to deal and communicate with different kind of people.- Good at troubleshooting problems.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jementah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
