Head Chef - Operations

Details of the offer

The head chef needs to have culinary experience to ensure consistent food quality, make improvements in SOP, be involved in menu R&D creation, manage food costs, and train kitchen/service leaders.
The head chef will also manage projects and lead the team in the day-to-day running of the business.
The head chef should be creative in managing the outlet appearance, driving marketing initiatives and ideas on how to increase sales and attract more customers.
Food safety and food hygiene will also be part of the responsibilities.
Knowledge of running a franchise business will be an added advantage, as the head chef will also be required to manage and set up franchise outlets.
As a Franchise, the operations manager will need to ensure all stores maintain the high standards of the Franchisor and operate with good sales.
Requirements:Culinary experience
Having Diploma/Degree/Certifications will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years working in Restaurant/Hotel/F&B establishment
Must have experience working in a casual dining restaurant
Experience working in a franchise chain will be an added advantage
