Job ResponsibilitiesLead the corporate secretarial team within the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) that operates in various jurisdictions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Cultivate a positive and collaborative atmosphere while overseeing a broad array of corporate secretarial functions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Initiate and drive strategic projects to enhance the team's effectiveness, aligning initiatives with the organization's goals and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
Manage the planning and execution of migration initiatives related to corporate secretarial operations, collaborating with relevant teams to facilitate smooth integration of processes, systems, and data.
Equip the team for future expansion by developing scalable operations that can respond to growing demands.
Champion continuous improvement by implementing essential initiatives such as standardizing procedures, creating templates, offering structured training, developing document management systems (DMS), and leveraging automation to improve consistency and efficiency.
Formulate and execute staffing strategies to maintain adequate resources for operational needs while controlling costs and balancing team workloads.
Analyze key performance metrics to enhance operational effectiveness, while providing mentorship to empower team members in their roles.
Act as a central point of contact for both team members and business unit stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to meet operational needs and encouraging collaborative solutions.
Accountable for delivering services to stakeholders according to established KPIs and SLAs, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded while providing cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve service quality issues and manage escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Ensure ongoing training and skill development for service delivery teams so that staff are equipped to handle current demands and prepared for future challenges.

The Successful ApplicantMinimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in corporate secretarial practices across jurisdictions outside Malaysia, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and the British Virgin Islands.
Open-minded and adaptable to change, with a preference for Chinese candidates due to the need to manage the Hong Kong portfolio effectively.
