Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing market share by developing and implementing innovative marketing and trade marketing strategies.
Lead the marketing team in ensuring effective brand positioning in target markets while optimizing relationships with channel partners and retail execution to maximize sales performance.
Provide strategic market insights that support the overall business objectives.
Manage annual brand campaigns, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
Organize team training and skill enhancement programs to ensure high performance and industry-leading knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, with a strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills; conversing in Mandarin will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
