Responsibilities:
Leadership:Oversee and empower a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned business segment.
Sales Management:Translate company and division sales targets into actionable business strategies and account plans for the Account Managers to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Business Rapport:Establish and sustain key business relationships with major customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Commercial Excellence:Regularly review and analyze the sales team's performance and visitation reports to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
Strategy & Planning:Create and implement merchant programmes to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and assist Account Managers in planning to expand new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management/business development experience (at least 3 of which are in leadership positions) in Tech/Gaming/Payment/FinTech sectors.
Skilled in stakeholder management, team management & project management, and clear communication of organizational goals.
Excellent communication (Bahasa Malaysia & English), interpersonal skills & strong in strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Prior experiences inB2B Tech/Payment Solutions/FinTech/Video Game/Entertainmentsectors are highly advantageous!
