Job Title:Head of Administration
Job Responsibilities:Oversee the administration department, ensuring efficient operations, and support for all refinery activities.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Prepare and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and safety standards within administrative practice.
Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports for senior management on administrative performance and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
Strong understanding of refinery operations and relevant regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office management software and financial tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
