Executive search company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinationals in the financial sector. They're seeking dynamic leaders to join their team as a Head of Application.
Key Responsibilities:Oversight of a large-scale, region-wide program covering the full lifecycle (design, development, and implementation) of the company's IT platform across relevant countries to achieve strategic transformation goals.
Creation and execution of an implementation roadmap, collaborating closely with country teams, regional and global leads, and key functional stakeholders across multiple company organizations and delivery partners.
Championing application management practices, providing necessary processes, structures, and tools to enable teams to succeed.
Development of an industrialized approach across the region, aligning with the global model to standardize onboarding, solution delivery, and IT applications, maximizing economies of scale and ensuring predictable outcomes.
Leadership, advisory, and support of local implementation teams in each country to ensure efficient onboarding and delivery of each entity onto the strategic platform.
Ensuring effective service management delivery, meeting service level commitments, and promoting continuous improvement while adhering to the company's technology group standards.
Financial governance for the applications within scope is a key responsibility.
Driving ongoing improvements and simplifying the application landscape in the area of responsibility.
Leadership of planning, definition, and technical roadmap for products, exploration of technological alternatives, and assistance to teams and business units in technology decision-making.
Transformation of teams to optimize processes through the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
