-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.


-Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branch management, retail banking, or a related field.


-Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branch strategies.


-Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.


-Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.


-Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

-Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
