Head Of Business Development

Primary Objectives :
Lead, supervise and provide leadership to the mobile teams to deliver sales and growth budgets for PLM segment.
Responsible for the development, management and execution of PLM sales team.
Grow market share and share of customers' wallet with focus on Program Lending.
Key Responsibilities :
Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
Market Business Deposit
Grow market share of SME in the vicinity
Cross sell all Bank/Group products
Responsible for driving and improving PLM Sales team performance.
Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Group Business Banking's objectives and budgets.
Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational excellence.
Report team performance and escalate issues and information that require the attention of management.
Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
Responsible for new hire.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills
Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
