The individual is responsible for serving as the lead change agent for the development and implementation of company-wide business process improvements to support the achievement of the company's Key Performance Indicators.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plan, develop and implement the company's annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI), in alignment with the company strategic purpose.
Responsible for the preparation of quarterly reporting of the company's KPI to multiple key stakeholders.
Support the achievement of the company's Key Performance Indicators by leading and facilitating Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives, driving company-wide outcomes on productivity and efficiency. This includes the development of scope of work, presentations of proposals with scheduled updates, process improvement concepts, budgets, timing schedules, desired results, value propositions, prioritization schedules, and other follow-up/measurement tools.
Strong partnership with business and functional stakeholders, driving achievement of annual KPIs and BPI targets. This includes driving improvement with the cooperation of all departments impacted by the proposed changes.
Custodian of People & Efficacy's policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring reviews and updates are managed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
10-15 years of experience in business management or process improvements. Consulting experience in project management or commercial excellence is a plus, with exposure to driving BPIs in corporate areas like Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Facilities, Human Resources, and others.
Required to have a strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO Certification requirements.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to manage internal customers across all levels.
