Responsibilities:
Shaping and executing the strategic direction of Agency business by developing and executing campaigns, this incumbent played a pivotal role in defining long-term goals, making data-driven decisions, and guiding Agency business toward sustainable growth and success.Campaign Development and Execution
Develop and implement creative campaigns to support agency business expansion, covering both Tied Agency and ALCs.Collaborate with Agency Sales, Agency Recruitment, and Agency Strategy Management to align campaign objectives with business goals.Work with Marketing and Actuarial teams to design and execute a series of campaigns aimed at recruitment, agent activation, and agency leader team building.Analyze campaign management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Establish campaign and event to ensure alignment with the overall strategic plan.Event Management
Plan, organize, and manage agency and client events to enhance engagement and brand presence.Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and on-site management.Performance Review & Optimization
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events.Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve campaign strategies and execution.Campaigns and Communication:
Develop impactful campaigns with Sales, Recruitment, Cohort management and Training Teams and execute comprehensively to promote the agency's services and initiatives and deliver relevant business KPIs.Collaborate with agency events team to create impactful kick off events.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and the agency's website.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.Implement best practices and industry standards in campaign & event management.Working closely with Procurement team in ensuring cost efficiency in meeting the PRE limits.What motivates you?

10+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of agency management and demonstrated good working relationships in this field.Strong understanding of business financials, with the ability to deliver results within financial parameters.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in performance management, sales & campaign management, and communication.What can we offer you?
