Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, anddevelop a high-performing teamof account managers, providing strategic guidance and fostering continuous growth.
- Facilitateregular team meetingsto align on goals, review progress, and share best practices across accounts.
- Promote acollaborative and positive team culture , encouraging innovation, ownership, and accountability.
Financial Oversight and Account Performance
-Oversee financial managementacross accounts, ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and collections to maintain ahealthy cash flow .
- Partner with the finance team to develop and refineinvoicing processesand swiftly address any discrepancies or delays.
- Monitor accountKPIs and performance metrics , identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities promptly.
Strategic Client Management and Retention
- Act as thesenior point of contactfor key clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and expectations exceeded.
- Manageescalated client issueswith strategic problem-solving, maintaining trust and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Develop and implementclient retention strategies , driving long-term partnerships and continuous satisfaction improvements.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in account management with demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
Proven problem-solving expertise, especially in handling complex client relationships and escalated challenges.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in invoicing, billing, and collections management.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
