Job DescriptionTo supervise and manage the Corporate Planning function of the Company
To supervise and manage the Corporate Strategy Function of the Company.
To supervise and manage the business development function of the Company.
To supervise and manage the Corporate Communication, Investor Relations and Public Relations of Company.
To support Board of Director and Board Committees related matters.
To liaise with Corporate Secretary, share registrar and other stakeholders in the execution of corporate activities.
To liaise with Board of Director in the execution of corporate activities.
ResponsibilitiesYearly Policy and the Budget Setting Corporate Meeting and event scheduling
Periodical Reporting to AFS Japan
Analysis on the Gap between Policy, Budget and actual implementation by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Proposal on change of direction / additional instruction / creating and abolishment of rules and regulation / additional training. Proposal on the enhancement of management practice of the Company.
Develop corporate data management and analysis function to support strategy planning and decision making.
Business Development in line with Mid-Term Plan and Portfolio Management.
Review of Corporate Management and Compliance.
Generating creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations.
Investor Relations Activities Planning and the implementation.
Corporate Communication and Public Relations Activities Planning.
Crisis Management of Company - external communication.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration or other suitable qualification.
At least 10 years' experience in Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, Investment and Capital Management, Managerial & Financial Accounting, Marketing, Operation Management.
Possess good strategic, analytical, interpersonal and people management skills.
Effective leadership and strategic capabilities to provide advisory services to members of Senior Management and Board of Directors.
Good understanding of Company's business structure and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
