Malaysia is an operational processing hub that supports Custody – Cash Clearing, Custody Services, Network Management, Payment Services, Reconciliation; Fund Services - Fund Administration, Fund Distribution Services, Investment Management Services, Master Data Services; Market Solutions – Banking and Clearing Services; Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions.
The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 22/5 operational capability.
The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our 'Centre of Excellence' and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.
The Head of Corporate Premises, Procurement, and OSH (CPP&OSH) is responsible for overseeing the management of corporate facilities, procurement processes, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and maintaining high standards of Occupational Safety and Health.
This role ensures that the company's physical environment, procurement activities, and employee wellness programs align with organizational goals and standards.

What will you do?
Manage and govern the outsourced service partner relationship, as well as other 3rd-party vendor relationships covering our Integrated Facility Management practice.
Provide a balanced, cost-effective, and risk-mitigated facilities solution, supporting all CACEIS business needs.
Provide focus and clarity in establishing goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance.
Leverage the value in unit, department, and enterprise-wide teams to develop better solutions and achieve a cross-enterprise mindset with regards to (CPP&OSH).
Accept and successfully execute change while supporting employees through the process and keep them focused on business priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
