Catering for residents and locals alike, the Head of Fitness and Integrative Wellbeing is responsible to create and develop a unique fitness offering and accountable to managing the operational requirements of a fully equipped gym.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of fitness management experience at a premium facility or luxury private members club in a developed market, be certified to level 3 (plus specialism) and able to integrate fitness into a diverse range of wellness concepts such as alternative therapies, diagnostic tools, education and nutrition.
A competent operator and highly detail-orientated, the Head of Fitness will be experienced in all facets of running a successful gym, which includes duties such as rostering, team management, maintenance, financial reporting and budgeting, stock control, retail sales, marketing and member service.
A mindful listener with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ideal leader will be a true believer of the lifestyle and lead by example through action.
Candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and due to visa regulations and the cost of local schooling, this role will suit a single person with no dependants.
