Support FRA governance and process in Asia Cluster
Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards.
Ensure the integrity, viability and interoperability of financial reporting processes and systems, including tax, inventory, corporate-control, payment and purchasing data.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.
Manage the internal financial controls to mitigate financial risks.
Foster collaboration within AC FRA teams to align goals and practices.
Provide guidance on new accounting policies/processes.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process simplification and operational efficiency within AC.
Coordinate with other FRA heads within AC and drive initiatives to improve efficiency/process enhancements of FRA activities.
Strategic Support
Coordinate with other FRA heads in AC to track and monitor progress of transformation.
Partner with the cluster business leaders to provide financial insights for decision-making.
