Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. Focus on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Policy Development and Implementation: Craft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and align with the company culture. Ensure policies are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the organization. Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent, especially professionals experienced in the construction/manufacturing sectors. Oversee development programs that enhance employees' skills and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Performance Management: Design and implement performance review processes that are fair, consistent, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve team and individual performances. Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a mediator to resolve employee issues in a manner that is beneficial to both the employee and the company. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, thereby reducing turnover rates. Advisory Role: Serve as a key advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, ensuring informed decision-making processes. Keep abreast of industry trends, labor laws, and best practices to advise and implement necessary changes or adjustments in HR strategies. Requirements 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction or manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, compensation, benefits, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training. Proven track record in managing talent acquisition and development programs, performance management systems, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
