Create thumbprint at Vigilance machine / create access card- Prepare the uniform based on requisition form- Stock take and update the balance stock- Update staff leave record in system- Update company latest organisation chart- Document delivery or collection from different department- Check the pigeonhole (near the receptionist)- Improve on filling system- Hostel cleaning audit- Other ad-hoc duties assign by superior or management**; Requirements**:- Malaysian citizen- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business or other related field- Required skill(s): Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, attention to detail- Proficient in creating documents and spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel)
