This individual will formulate the leasing strategic and tactical plan to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing (New Tenants)
Develop a comprehensive leasing strategy to increase occupancy and yield.
Set targets for team performance and track progress.
Collaborate with real estate agents to generate tenancy leads.
Review asset performance and tenancy proposals.
Assist in negotiations with tenants.
Establish alliances with government agencies for prospecting leads.
Marketing
Oversee the marketing plan and strategies for PHB Groups' properties.
Manage all marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
Review marketing materials and digital content.
Ensure marketing expenses are within budget.
Build rapport with tenants to secure renewals and space expansion opportunities.
Oversee tenancy renewals within the stipulated timeframe.
Assist in negotiations with tenants for commercial or technical issues.
Meet renewal targets and KPIs.
Management Report
Provide regular leasing and marketing progress updates to management and BOD.
Budgeting
Review annual rental projections and marketing expenses.
Project
Provide insights on tenants' expectations for new development projects.
Review consultants' proposals for enhancement/refurbishment projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Valuation, Estate Management, Property Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing real estate.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.#J-18808-Ljbffr
