Job DescriptionOversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of payment gateways, transaction processing, and risk management.
Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery to clients.
Identify and drive new business opportunities by expanding the company's footprint in existing and new markets.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to increase the client base, including merchants, financial institutions, and other partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Develop pricing models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new payment products and services.
Act as a strategic leader, aligning business goals with operational capabilities to ensure long-term success.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and business development team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance to ensure the company is meeting growth and operational targets.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on operations, business development, or sales, preferably within the payment gateway, fintech, or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of payment gateway systems, transaction processing, and payment industry regulations.
Proven track record in driving business growth and managing complex operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
