-To manage the regional business group yearly budget planning to ensure that the product's target setting, and distribution is in accordance with the region strength, manpower and aligned with the company direction.
-To monitor and analyze each region sales performance and provide the reports to respective region to review its sales activities planning and its effectiveness.
-To plan and strategize the sales recruitment activities, events and explore new recruitment channel to optimize the sales performance.
-To plan and organize year-long training and development program to ensure that the region's operational processes are in accordance with the latest SOP and guidelines, enhanced the customer service level and customer experience, and continuous improvement to operational excellent.
-To plan and develop the new branch setup and setting including the planning in maintenance to the existing branches.
-To review, update and improve processes and procedures periodically to ensure the setting is up to date and comply to the latest requirements.
-Responsible for ensuring Region office sales, Region/branch profit and loss, branch operation and customer service are according to company KPI.
-Responsible to develop and execute Regional sales plans/strategies for business development and expansion.
-Ensure all plans/strategies are implemented in line with Corporate Mid Term objectives.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
-Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably in banking / financial institutions with at least 5 years management exposure.
-Good written and communication skills, analytical minded with a sense of accuracy.
-Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
-Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline.
