Job DescriptionTo manage the regional business group yearly budget planning to ensure that the product's target setting and distribution is in accordance with the region's strengths, manpower, and aligned with the company direction.
To monitor and analyze each region's sales performance and provide reports to respective regions to review their sales activities planning and effectiveness.
To plan and strategize the sales recruitment activities, events, and explore new recruitment channels to optimize sales performance.
To plan and organize a year-long training and development program to ensure that the region's operational processes are in accordance with the latest SOP and guidelines, enhancing customer service levels and customer experience, and continuous improvement to operational excellence.
To plan and develop new branch setups and maintenance for existing branches.
To review, update, and improve processes and procedures periodically to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
Responsible for ensuring regional office sales, regional/branch profit and loss, branch operations, and customer service meet company KPIs.
Responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans/strategies for business development and expansion.
Ensure all plans/strategies are implemented in line with corporate mid-term objectives.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in banking/financial institutions, with at least 5 years of management exposure.
Good written and communication skills, analytical mindset with a sense of accuracy.
Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
