Key Responsibilities:
-Meeting Sales Targets and KPIs
-Lead the charge in achieving sales KPIs at the country level
-Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure targets are consistently
-Identifying New Marketing Opportunities and Building Relationships
-Spot unique upselling opportunities and explore new ways to offer our services
-Build strong relationships with new clients and potential business partners to drive growth
-Analyzing Market Trends
-Stay on top of the latest market trends and competitor activities
-Find innovative ways to enhance and diversify our product and service offerings
-Collaborate with Other Departments
-Work closely with other departments to identify strategic opportunities that increase revenue, such as pitching for production projects or uncovering PR opportunities for inhouse talents
-Regional Sales Reporting
-Provide bi-weekly updates on sales progress during regional calls
-Sales planning
-Stay informed about current sales figures, understand the sales pipeline and develop strategies to expand it
-Developing and Implementing Effective Client Strategies
-Identify gaps and innovate ways to collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver outstanding client solutions
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

; Requirements:-
-At least 5 years of proven experience in leading a sales team and hitting targets.
-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
-Up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape.
-Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.
-Familiar with CRM tools like Netsuite.
-Experience in the media, digital marketing, or talent management industry is a plus.
-Deep knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, local influencers
-Solid people and organisational skills
-Able to prioritise and multitask in a demanding environment
-Excellent written and verbal English
