Sales Advisor (Based In Klang Valley, Seremban, Kota Kinabalu, Telipok)

-Follow up on leads using CRM and respond to sales inquiries promptly.


-Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations, either in person or via Zoom/Google Meet.


-Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.


-Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.


-Achieve personal and group sales targets.


-Assist with loan applications by coordinating with panel bankers and lawyers.


-Ensure all sales paperwork is accurately completed and submitted.


-Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows as needed.


-Provide feedback on marketing activities.


-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

-Experience in property sales is a plus point.
