DescriptionHead of Sales for BYD's New BrandDrive sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue goals in key locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Penang. Develop and implement strategies to attract customers, manage sales teams, and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and government departments.
Sales and Marketing ObjectivesImplement sales and marketing programs set by management to achieve desired revenue objectives and goals.
Propose and implement branch/sales activities or programs to attract customers into the showroom.
Leadership ResponsibilitiesOversee and guide sales executives/supervisors in implementing sales and marketing programs set by management to achieve desired objectives and goals.
Maintain good rapport with fleet owners, government department personnel, and head office staff.
Operational ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper delegation of duties and responsibilities to subordinates.
Identify and initiate staff training and development programs to raise the quality and productivity of sales staff.
Ensure company objectives and policies are adhered to and achieved.
Performance MetricsUpdate manager on performance and progress of the branch.
Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
Additional ResponsibilitiesArrange for vehicle display at leading shopping complexes.
Participate in vehicle tenders.
Keep up with competitors' activities and local market environment.
Manage overall operations of the branch and undertake ad-hoc assignments from higher authority from time to time.
RequirementsMinimum Degree in relevant field of studies.
Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak local dialects.
Proactive and results-driven.
Strong knowledge of product, industry, and its related services.
ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in automotive industry.
Raised Salary: RM120,000 - RM150,000 per annum , depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
