Responsibilities:
Assist with HSE objective, target and planning
Assist with the planning, task force and execution of internal audit, including Plan Protection Health check and any internal requirement such as ZALORA, GFG, QMS, OH&SMS
Assist with the task force and execution of external auditory including liaison with relevant authorities; e.g.
OSHWA Audit by DOSH, etc.
Track and monitor on data spread for HSE and supporting on Waste, Energy & Water for ZALORA Regional Sustainability
Track and monitor safety competencies and training in accordance with requirements under OSHA, CIDB, ST, and etc.
E.g.
MPT/Reach Truck handler competencies.
Maintain OH&SMS work frame and culture including constantly updating on risk assessment suiting to operational need and change
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment or Engineering
Possess SHO Certification from DOSH is an added advantage
Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage
Familiarity with Human Factor Ergonomic, Noise Safety & Chemical Safety is an added advantage
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent team player
Proficient in Excel or other data analytics tools
Possess cross-cultural experience/exposure is an advantage
Other Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Interest in working for an eCommerce industry
Willing to work onsite (Seksyen 23, Shah Alam)
Possess own transportation
