Requirement:
Possess at least aSPM and above.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluentin speakingBahasa Malaysiais a must andproficient in speaking and writing English .
Available to work inrotational shifts (9 hours including 1 hour break)between7 am till 3 am.
5 working days and 2 rotational off daysincluding workingweekends or public holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
You are required to work on-site atAra Damansara Office .

Your Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound calls for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback; manage outgoing emails for product information and order updates; assist customers through live chat for immediate responses to their questions.
Collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Keep track of customer reviews and feedback, and respond to them appropriately.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
