**HOD PROCUREMENT (MANDARIN SPEAKING)**Location : Shah Alam**Responsibilities**:- To conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.- To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of material.- To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and follow-up on vendor price, quality and delivery performance.- To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers' performance.- To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis.- Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting.- Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.- More than 5 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry).- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel.- Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.- Good personality and excellent communication skill.- Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel.- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
