Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
Review incident reports and take necessary actions.
Lead, guide, and monitor staff in providing safe quality care to our residents.
Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions, and meet with patients and their families.
Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning nurses to patients, and training new team members.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Minimum diploma in any field.
Relevant work experience in a related field.
Able to converse and write in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
